19 wks with migraines & occasional stabbing pain?

Im a ftm, 19 wks, and yesterday at 5:30am i had gotten a sudden stabbing pain in my right side of my lower abdomen. I crouched over bc the pain and had to sit down for it to go away, but still took a few mins. It happened again around 6pm yesterday. same thing happened and went away a few mins after sitting down. It didnt happen again until about 5pm tonight. same thing as well and same way it went away.
Not to mention the migraines have hit me the past four days and nothing took it away each time. Tylenol, cool shower, cold AND hot compresses didnt help. i called my OB today and asked about this stuff but all she said was call for an ambulance if the pain happens again. And for the migraines, she said Tylenol with Caffeine.
Only thing is, she never mentioned if im supposed to go to the ER or the L&D center bc they are separate. (L&D center that was in hospital around the corner was taken out in 2011. Other hospital has L&D and is about 6 blocks away)

It could be round ligament pains! They don't hurt some but others it's severe. Depending on pain tolerance! I'm having a few cramps a day with my stomach getting really hard(contractions) or Braxton hicks and I'm 19 weeks 1 day!
