2 false preg. tests??

So I had the implanon for 11 months. I was very regular with AF until the BC which is why I got it taken out in June due to irregularities. My partner and I had unprotected sex during my fertility days in Aug. I took 2 first response in Sept. (6 days sooner) than my missed period. I took then an hour a part and both came out positive. However, yesterday I started to have what looks to be a period with cramps. I had a blood test done today and it came out negative. If I would have been pregnant I would have been 3 weeks. Around this time last year I had a miscarriage (2-3) but the blood test never detected my hormones. I was told I am a high risk due to an abnormal uterus. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated!!

Sounds like a miscarriage possibly.

You may have miscarried.
Its extremely common for women to be pregnant without realizing, and they end up miscarrying because they were too early to detect.

Miscarriage is the most common during the first trimester.
