1st q: I am getting terrible Charlie horses in my calves! Any idea on how to get rid of them?

2nd q: did you get books at your baby shower? Like baby memory books?

They hurt so badly, thank you! And I'm going to add it to my regestry, good idea thanks haha:) I was wondering because I went to Barnes and noble and was goin to get one but my mom said I woul get one at my shower and I wanted to know how many people actually got one.

I had them too, my MIL gave me a heating pad... and after using it I never got them again!!!  Try it maybe it will help. Yes I got the memory book thing... I put it in my registery!! :-D

The Charlie horses are aweful!! At least once a night they wake me up and I have to jump out of bed and stand up to get them to quit. Not an easy task as huge as I am. But they stop as soon as you give birth. :)

Oh yes, i hate those calf cramps!! I get at least one every single night when i stretch my leg out. It hurts so bad, i have to keep rubbing and masssaging it to feel better. I'd never experienced them before this pregnancy.

Bananas bananas bananas for the Charlie horses in my legs and I actually found that taking a tylenol before bed helped to but would only take one it I felt one coming on.
And no I didn't kinda shocked no one bought us one tho we bought our own tho.

I get those Charlie horses also! But have yet to find anything to help them go away. I didnt get any for mine we actually bought ours. Why do u ask??
