Need to ask!!!

I'm on CD12 so should be ovulating 2-4 days time.  Thing is my partner is working over time tues, wed and thurs of this week.  We BD CD9, 10 and 11 would this cover me this month if we don't have a chance to BD again this week before Friday?  I know sperm can last up to 5 days inside a woman but just wondered what everyone else thinks?

Thanks Nickie, we BD again last night so that was 4 days straight i know we're not supposed to do that but we weren't really BD at the time only for fun.  I think if we BD again sometime tomorrow and friday when he's off i'll deffo have covered the full week.  I can only hope for a miracle

I would say that it is amazing how long sperm can live given the right conditions. I think it is definitely better if you can try as much as possible so even if it is 630 in the a.m. then I say go for it! You really deserve it!

thanks Smj, i think it's going to have to be at 6.30am in the morning before work as he comes home at 6am or between 5.30pm and 6.30pm at night before he goes to work, i'll need to work my charm with him on Wednesday at least.  I'm hoping for my BFP this month but really trying not to think about it too much

It really depends on how long his sperm live. Is there any way you two could wake up a little early, or meet for lunch to BD? If the last time you BD is CD 11 and you are supposed to ovulate in 2-4 days that would be CD 14-16 for you, so it's really 4-6 days later. If I were you I'd try to find some time, any time to BD, maybe even if he wakes you up when he gets home or something? The closer to O day the better...
