There are so many interesting views on this topic.  I as well don't believe the world will end.  I have to admit I have had lots of stress & this was one of them.  Of course I believe in Christ & have compete faith in him.  Give your worries, anxieties, concerns & fears to him ... God is in control at all times don't ever doubt it:) only He knows when time will end.

don't worry about the whole might not have much time with your baby, I can assure you nothing will happen. There have been soo many dates in my lifetime (And i'm only 20) where they've said, the world is gonna end next week. I remember being about 8 for one of them and crying my eyes out, I refused to go to school because I wanted to be with my mother if the world ended. it's awful they scare everyone. There's no evidence, scientific evidence that anything will happen, they've said it a million times before, please don't even waste your time thinking about it, it's bull!

no lol not at all they are expecting it to blow the power grids and it will take quite a while to fix everything up agin

I don't beloved in the 2012.  And I didn't even know about the solar storms. That kinda freaks me out. Are they saying that's what OS going to end it?

i would be more concerned with the solar storms that are going to happen in march and that is confirmed by nasa

The Mayan calendar is set to restart in December 2012. Thousands of years after the Mayan civilization, a British explorer discovered the ruins, and looked at the calendar and proclaimed it to be doomsday. He had no idea of anything about the Mayan civilization, but since he was the big time explorer, people believed him.

ummmm alright well just to let you know firt of all we have survived so many ends of the world even in the past two years that it is just getting really pathetic lol in fact may 28th was the end of the world yet again lol


for those of you that are really scared about it here is some very reassuring factual information

the myans made there calendar  long long time ago right before any of the other major changes well the leap year was put into play many many years after that calander so in fact right now it is not actually 2012 it is actually like 2016 i cant remember but ya its not actually may right now either lol so all you people reading your horoscopes you are reading for the wrong month lol

anyways just relaxyou dont need the unnecessary stress in your body

also go to the nasa site they have a few articles that may ease it for you as well

Our calenders end every year on dec 31...but we just make a new one....all the information around "doomsday" does sound scary...but I truly dont think it will end...but who knows....im just gonna take each day at a time and when god calls me home...thats when my life on earth will end...

The Myans had more than one calendar. didn't they have like 20? It didn't even mark the end of the world. Who knows who came up with that idea.

My original due date was dec 21 2012 but I was to early and its now jan 1. When I first Saw that date my boyfriend looked at me and said "good..God..our baby is going to cause the end of the world!" I thought it would be neat..but i'm happy with our new due date.

Something good to know about the upcoming "Doomsday"


There have been about 514 leap yrs since Caesar created it in 45BC. Without the extra day every 4 yrs we would already be in August 2013. The Mayans calendar did not accnt for leap yr so if we went by their calendar the world should have technically ended over 8 months ago.

I'm due December 12th. But no I am not. I know the world will not "end" the Bible states we will never know the date of the end of the world. Its just like ask the other predictions. Myans probably just got sick of writing the calendar lol if this is what your referring to anyway.
