It's ok definitely don't feel dumb. It's always best to lay on your left side as that increases blood flow. And something cold won't necessarily help juice would be better bc the sugar will help :-) if you get worried like that try siding down and doing kick counts didn't have to be kicks any movements count you should get at least in an hour. You would normally do this 1x a day starting at about 28 weeks. And try to pick the time of day baby is normally most active hope this helps! :-)

When I dont feel my baby girl move I'll lay on my back she doesn't like that and she'll start moving right away. Try drinking a coke that also help me feel the baby move.

Any movement counts even a small little stretch. Hiccups dont count.
I went to l&d last night for the same reason but my little girl was fine.

The same thing occured to me this morning nd my little girl is usually active 24/7 and i havent felt her move since last night. Nurse said drink cold water and lay on your left side and count how many times you feel her move within one hour if less than 10 then call your ob and ask if you shoukd worry

She's probably just being lazy. Give it a few more hours and if she doesn't move call your ob. Also try eating something really sweet and lay on your side.
