2nd glucose test :(...possible to pass...?

So I'm 25 weeks tomorrow...took glucola screening today.
Had fasted 8 hrs and my starting reading (prior to drinking the drink) was a wee bit high. Then, after the hour passed they delivered the news that I would need 3 hr test. I am so sad...though I expected this.  Is it even possible to pass the second? I almost wish they would just get me started on a plan to ensure the probable gd is controlled. So worried about my miracle baby! Thoughts/ideas anyone?

I was told to have yogurt the night before add last snack. Something with protein will help. I had to do glucose test  4 times as i switched obs. Did one hour twice and 3 hr twice. Failed one hour s and passed 3hours.

I failed both BUT only 15% actually fail the 3 hour test if your worried about it tho then you can go ahead and follow a low Carb diet but I really wouldnt stress until you know for sure.
