Im get pain like that too my midwife said it was because of the way my son is positioned hes back to my back (im 39 weeks btw). Does ease sometimes i got told to go on all four and stick my bum in the air lol to try and make him move to ease the pain
this is also due to baby moving their head on your pelvic floor muscles, it can also feel like an electric shock down there as well and is normal, just means baby is getting into position, your ligiments will be softening and there is quite alot of strain on your hips, so when getting out of bed, rolling over in bed, getting out of the car etc make sure you try to keep your legs together and move your hips around before you stand, this will also help your pubis symphis as sometimes this can seperate during pregnancy and can cause the constant discomfort your talking about
Hello Hun you should sleek to your midwife , iam pregnant with my 4 th , 3 months, and I had loads of pains , and I when to the women's hospital just to be on safe side Hun , I was ok , but if you fell that bad my be you should do the same to just put your mind at rest , good luck hope you are ok x
I alos just thought about the numbness and baby could be sitting on a nerve which is causing that as well :)
It should like the position of your baby is making you uncomfortable. If you can do some prenatal yoga that may help, warm baths and relax
