Is it normal when finish having sex some women gets cramps or likely contractions for a bit does that mean the cervix is opening or softening.
Yes it is normal because during sex your uterus contracts and semen also softens and ripens your cervix. Totally normal.

Yes totally normal. I have contractions almost immediately after finishing and they can last all day and be pretty painful. Semen helps soften the cervix and contractions help with dilation.
