38 weeks 2-3 Centimetres dialted

Went to Dr and she told me I am. 2-3 centimetres dialted. She said to rest and take it easy and not to go to hospital till contractions Get to be 10-15 mins apart. Any advice on what to do or not to do.

I thought u had to wait til ur contractions are closer than that. My ob told me about 5 to 10 min apart and I can't talk through the contractions

I'd rest! Lol. I know you probably want the baby out but it seems things are moving along and once the baby comes, rest is out of the question. That's one thing I wish I would've listened to people about during my pregnancy. Rest is key
