39 weeks and still not dilated!!!

Ugh I'm going to be pregnant forevvvver! Lol I'm effaced though so I guess that's good. Anyone else not progressing much?

I think it just depends on the doctor. I've been getting checked since 36 weeks, my baby is measuring big so maybe that's why? I'm not sure

I'm 38+2 with no progress! I definitely feel like I'm going to be pregnant for ever too!

I take it in other countries you get your cervix checked regularly? Im 39+1 with my second baby and Ive never been checked. (I live in England) My next appointment is at 40 weeks and I'll be getting a sweep so if I don't go into labour beforehand it'll be interesting to see how much progress there is :)

My doctor won't even let me go to 42 weeks!

I went to 42 weeks no dialation or effacement and my son never dropped !! I had a Csection August 26th . My baby just didn't wanna come out lmao .

Ugh last pregnancy it felt like forever to dilate!! But my doc started checking at 35weeks. It was so aggravating. That's why this time I am going to turn down getting checked. Doesn't make a difference, unless in active labor, and will save me a lot of aggravation and disappointment.

Same with me! Doctor told me not to worry about dilating but I guess I'm just getting anxious. I'll be induced on the 26 th if I don't go into labor on my own!

Im 38w & 3d and Im 80% effaced. Im not dilated at all. My doctor did say my water could break anytime over this weekend and if I don't go into labor next week, I'll be induced :)
