I live in MA and have Medicaid. With my first all I did was ask the technician at the hospital if we can look at 3D and they did it for me. I never got charged.

They sometimes have specials you might want to look into it :) my sister only paid 55$ for 3D & 4D.

No medicaid don't cover 3d/4d ultrasounds, no insurance does. Mine cost $100 for pictures and dvd
