I went into labor exactly one week after my due date.. I honestly don't believe any of that stuff really works. Your baby will come when he/she wants to :) And you don't have to be induced unless your closer to 42 weeks so just hang in there!!

I was 40w 4d when my water finally broke and I was only 1 cm dilated when I went in for my 40 week check up. I walked so much but baby wasn't going to come until he was ready and so I didn't stress about it. Eventually, he showed up! (:

I didn't have sex with my bf when we had our first baby but we were being sexual. Like I think the sensation help me start labor especially the boobie action.there was no penitration tho that hurt lol.but that jump started my labor fast!

Spicy food helps with induction,I would recommend Indian food. Yoga also is another thing that could help with this.

Nothing worked for me, but getting induced isn't so bad. I'd much rather be induced then go over to 42 weeks, a lot of Drs (like mine) stopped letting women go over that far because it creates too many potential risks. I know that it's scary, and I'm not sure about your policy on drugs through labor. But I was far more comfortable with the idea of being induced at 41 weeks then I was waiting until 42.
