5 weeks pregnant and 23 hCG??

I am very regular with AF, my last regular cycle was Dec 21, 11 days later I had what I thought was my cycle again when I was scheduled to have it Jan 12. I had a friend have the same problem when she found out she waspregnant so out of curiosity I took 3 pregnancy test Monday all 3 came out positive. I went Tuesday for a blood test and they called the next day saying they did find 23 hCG however it was a low number. I am scheduled to go back this up coming Tues. However I am afraid because I have had a miscarriage in the past. Is 23 hCG ok?

My sister in laws level was 21.. mine was low as well but as long as the number increases you should worry so much until they say worry. I was told (been pregnant 5 times) the number doesnt really matter hownlow it is at first, as long as it increases/doubles in the next test

Hello. Low rising  hcg levels could mean pregnancy complications, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy.  I had very similar scenario happen to me back in Oct. My hcg levels  rised very slow and the checked every two days. Vaginal ultrasound showed no sac four  done over the course  of  four weeks.  I  hope this is helpful.  I just kept telling myself let go and let God.
