50% Effaced

Ftm I went to the doctor when 2 weeks ago on October 29 and the doctor checked me she said I wasn't dialated yet, but am 50% effaced. I'm 37 weeks and 4 days pregnant. My last appointment is on November 12 because that is my last appointment how do I go from here? What if I'm not dialated yet and I'm still where I'm at 50% effaced will they induced me? Or what will happened? I'm honestly really scared and am just hoping that when I go to this appointment that I'm atleast dialated to 2, but impossible because I have not had any contractions. I'm honestly really confused with round ligament pain we Braxton hicks so I always think it's round ligament pain. I also did not lose my mucus plug yet. It's so frustrating because I'm like if this is my last appointment then I will just have to wait until I'm in labor to come in to L&D.

I'm sure your doctor will probably end up inducing you if your showing no progress. Try walking or bouncing on a ball or eating something spicy or eat fresh pineapples or sex to help with labor.

Thank you I will try that. I am also doing 100 squats everyday I hope it helps as well. Tomorrow will be my apptment at 430 so I am hoping the squats and walking 30 mins on the trend mil will help me. I'm nervous because I heard being induced hurts more because your being forced to give birth.

Thank you! Time is flying by and I have only 2 weeks left. I just hope and pray it will be an easy delivery or I will be traumatized forever.
