I dialated completely in one night, you never know.

I wasn't dialated at all with my first and my water broke. You don't have to be dialated or thinned out to go into labor.

I've only dilated a centimeter and I'm 3 days away. It's extremely frustrating, but I hear that it can change quickly so it doesn't really predict anything. Unfortunately there isn't much that will predict it. :(

At my last appointment last week Thursday. I had no cervical change either. I go in tomorrow they'll see if i have changed. Ive been worrying a lil but i know i shouldn't. It all depends on how your doctor will handle things. Ask them how much longer they will allow you to dilate on your own. And when will they intervene.

I wouldn't worry if I was you. You never know when you'll start dialating and once you do it can progress very quickly. And if.you don't then doctors will take measures to help you along when it's necessary. Sounds like Baby is nice and cozy in there. Lol .. bit.the end is in sight for you!! Good luck!! :-)
