7 months and severe back pain
I have been having severe back pain for the past 6 hours and nothing seems to help. Ive tried taking tylenol, a hot bath, getting a massage, hot wash rag. Does anyone know anything else that will help it stop hurting ao bad.
No. It's not. I went to the dr, I was trying to avoid that but I went anyways.
It's just because he was on my spine and my body was stretching more.

The only thing that helped me was time, and sometimes stretching or changing positions on the recliner :/
