my body is very hot but am feeling cold, and when i go to have a shower, i start shivering. has anyone experienced this. what should i do?
Sounds like you have some sort of virus. See if you have a fever at all, and if so you would do best to call your doctor and explain it to them. They can tell you best how to treat it.
