A prayer for all mommies and babies
If you are not religious, sorry, and you can ignore if you like. But I'm still including you! :)
Dear God, I pay that all the mothers here on this forum gets the care and love they need. If our bodies are sore, Lord please give us strength to go on. In the event that anything alarming happens, please cover us and protect us so that we are safe. Help us to carry your gifts happily and healthy. God please give us strength to have patience as our babies are taking their precious time making an entry into our lives.
If there are any of us in labor or on their way, Lord please bless them with a safe and perfect labor. Please keep your hands on them as they are giving birth whether naturally or on the operating table via c section. Lord we ask that you rebuke all negative energy and sent them nothing but peace.
God in our lives we ask that you take away the stress, anger, and pain that we may have. Show us that you are God! Please take care of us as we try and cope in todays world. With our partner, and without for those who are single.
And finally Lord, the babies that are to be born today and I'm the near future, keep them! We pray that every baby has a unique arrival, and that they are healthy and breathing ok. We pray that if any of our babies have any complications, that you intervene and bless them so that they recover well. For babies that have longer hospital stays in the nicu, please stay with them, and keep them while mommy and Daddy are away.
We ask you in Jesus name. Amen.
