I have prayed for you and your family. I am so glad to hear that he is getting better. Give him time and we will pull through this. My mother told me about her friend having her son at 26 weeks I believe. He is now 10 and doing wonderful! I just got off the phone with her after reading your post and she said that everything you described happened to my mom's friend. Good luck and my God bless your family!
its so wonderul to hear from you. i have been thinking of you and have had you and your family in my prayers. im sure your little angel is as strong as you are and he will be just fine. i cant imagine not being able to hold him but just imagine how special it will be when you and your dh can.

My cousin said that they did his daughter the same way, with not feeding. There bellies are new to eating and they have to be sure there is no problem. She ended up having surgery on her intestines. She is now eating the breast milk with no problems. I believe she was about a month maybe, when they had to do her surgery it was her 1st! I am glad to hear he is doing good otherwise! Stay strong and love your baby let him know you love him and want him home! Please continue to update us! God Bless you and your baby boy!
I am so relieved to hear that things seem to be going better!! I didn't comment on your first post, because I was not able to put my feelings into words. I will continue to pray for your little one!! Good Luck, and try to take care of yourself also!! Stay strong!!
It's good to hear from you... I'm relieved to hear that your little guy is holding strong. He sounds like quite the trooper (you too). Please keep us posted.
I've been worried and wondering about you guys. I'm so happy that everything is going good so far! :)
The TPN that your little guy is getting thru the IV is sufficient nutrients for him......Like nazdacko said, the bile means he's not quite ready yet....all in time....then he'll be eating you out of house and home! So glad that things are turning around!
I have been wondering how you and the baby were doing. I am so glad to hear that everything seems to be going well. I dont know much about premies especially when they are born that early, but it really does sound to me like he is doing really great! Good luck and keep us up dated.
Happy to hear an update, make sure to take care of yourself!
Glad to hear the little man is growing stronger by the day, am so pleased for you. Before you know it he will be coming home with you!!!! Will continue to keep you in my thaughts xx
I am glad to hear everything is going well please keep us updated on his progress
We all have been wondeing how things were going..Great to see things going good. Good luck!!
How wonderful!!! I'm so glad he's fighting and before you know it he WILL come home!
Don`t worry about the total parenteral nutrition. The preterm babies don`t have enough enzymes to metabolise the formula thats why they need pareneteral nutrition. Until there is biliar (green) content in nasogastric tube that`s means that the intesines are not ready for feeding. It`s very early for that want2bemama. Most important is that he is fine and stable. I`m optimistic, everything will be ok. Wish you best, I hope God will be with you all the time.
Great to hear all is well, we're thinking of you!!
i'm so happy to hear he is stable and doing good!!! i've never had a preemie, but dd was in the nicu for a month so i know its stressful!!! i'm not sure about the feeding tubes, but i do know that even though he's not eating an actual bottle, he's still getting all his nutrition w/ the tubes. i hope he stays on this path and they find out what isn't developed quite right yet and you can bring him home!!!! tell him he has lots of prayers going on for him!!!
