Acid, can't stomach food to absorb it...

Ugh OK so. The last week, (14 weeks tomorrow) sudden heartburn/acid reflux combo has kicked in. The other night I got ZERO sleep. I was up 3am on, puking, ugh. Well, now it's back. I feel sorta hungry. My two stomach moods are hungryandnauseous and gonnapukelol T__T Problem is, I'm nauseous at the same time and I literally cannot stomach the thought of even a piece of bread to absorb the acid. I took something to help. Pregnancy safe acid reducer I only use in emergencies but ugh. How do I prevent this? It's every day and I'm miserable. :(

All I know, is sitting up for a long time after you eat (whenever you can eat). You digest slower than usual now. Drinking water, and at the health food store you can ask them about an acid nuetralizer to put on your food (Im not sure of pregnancy safe ones but my bladder doesn't have a lining and the acid from my food burns my bladder so I have used these prepregnancy mine was called prelief). Also it may be your prenatals,  take them with a full stomach and do not lay down for atleast an hour after and see about trying a different prenatal.

I get that as well! It *****! Ive heard drinking milk but ive tried that and it doesn't work for me. I've also heard that it helps to drink before or after a meal, during could be what causes it. Make sure you don't lay down right after you eat either, that's what triggers me to vomit.
