**Advice?**

Husband and I are expecting again shortly after miscarring the first time. I'll be 6 weeks Friday. Any advice on what to do/ eat and not to do? Thanks!(:

Do not eat lunch meat unless it's heated first. It could have some kind of bacteria. And take those prenatals.

Im also pregnant after losing one back in february im 6+5 best thing to do is think positive and take it easy. Also be sure your doctor knows all your concerns. My doctor has me an appointment scheduled every week til im 20wks and prescribed prenatals progesterone tablets and shots.
