Already Mommies... Before Labor

I'm curious... What were some of the signs you ladies saw before going into labor? Idk if I'm being a pansy about the normal aches and pains that I just haven't felt much, or if it's getting close to time. I'm 37w+6, and since last night, I've had bad pains in my inner thighs, increased pelvic pressure, mild lower back and hip pain, and have felt sharp twinges in my pelvis. I feel overall drained and couldn't sleep well last night. Idk whether to think that maybe she's just dropping more, or if I'll be making a trip to the hospital in the next couple days. I'm definitely ready to meet her, I just don't know what signs to expect being a ftm.

I had no signs at all, I woke up with just regular Braxton hicks one morning and had a bath and they completey went later that night I was in the hosptial because I thought I was leaking, when I was hooked up to the monitor my waters broke and started having real bad contractions and had my little girl 6 hours later :)
