Am I most likely pregnant?

I'm not quite 18 yet(yes I know I made a bad decision) but I am on Mononessa and have been for about two years and my period has always been very predictable(within a day or two) and I have only ever had spotting once. I have made a lot of really bad decisions
and have really been getting my life back together in the past year
Unfortunately I had a moment of weakness and had sex with my boyfriend without a condom(he did pull out long before you know what but I know there is still a very large risk) At the time I was on antibitics again(I've been having an unusual amount of infections this year) I had sex with him two day after my period ended. Four days after that I forgot one birth control pill. About nine days after the sex I had(sorry if this is tmi) brown discharge with clots in it for three days and it was heavy enough that I had to wear a pad or tampon. I had mild cramping along with it and it ended about ten days before my period was supposed to come. It has been almost two days since my period was supposed  to come and still no period. I do not have any cravings/aversions or morning sickness. I have a lot of stress in my life and have been in counseling for six years and have
n anxiety disorder. I know stress can cause spotting and a missed period and I know missing a pill can do that too.  I don't 'feel pregnant' but I don't feel right and I am absolutely terrified. I've had a kidney X-ray and been on antibiotics, steroids and painkillers during this time. And my body cannot safely support another being so for my sake and the sake of my possibly existing child
I need advice. It's going to end in abortion as much as I'd love to bring a baby into this world, it's too big of a risk and I could never live through it if I had the option of keeping it and ended up losing it along the way. Please give me any advice you can
I plan to try contacting a local pregnancy center to have tests done after Christmas either way.

My bf just bought some but that won't do much good if it's too late
You're completely right though and I think I really need to hear that more.

Are those actually usually accurate? Because I've heard they often are not accurate. That's why I was going to get tests done at the clinic.
