Ok, can someone help please. I found out I was pregnant 2 days after my missed period. According to the app it says I'm 4 weeks. Today I woke up to bleeding like I'm having my period. I don't have sever cramping just mild and I don't have a heavy flow just as the day went by I only used 1 pad . Idk if I'm having a miscarriage or is this normal any ideas?
It may be just bleeding from the egg implanting, but it's still a good idea to get medical advice.
Seek medical advice, when I was 5 weeks I was passing clots I was scanned everything was still intact apart from the heartbeat it was too early to be seen I was rescanned 2 weeks later a heartbeat was seen and they found internal bleeding on the scan was scanned 2 weeks after that and the bleeding had absorbed. I'm 11+ now and everything's healthy got another scan in 3days just to make sure the bleeding has absorbed fully, try not to worry (easier said then done). Seek medical advise x
