Ok help with weight management during pregnancy

I'm overweight. ..obese. ....whatever you want to call it. I don't want to go on a "diet" but I would be happy if I was able to maintain or lose there's really isn't a reason I should gain. I have plenty of fat storage....anyone have this issue?  Even if I maintain i would be fine

How long or much is everyone walking?  I'm just curious. I have been extremely tired. I clean house and chase my other kids and I'm exhausted

I am in the same boat. My dr told me not to gain any weight in the 1st trimester(which was easy because every thing made me sick, and i last like 4 lbs). Now that I'm in my second, almost 3rd trimester he doesn't want me to gain any more than 18lbs. I gained quite a bit over the holidays and have been walking more and trying to eat lots of fruit and veggies and drinking lots of water before i eat so i don't over do it

I was a little chubby before pregnancy and all my skinny friends gained like 45+ I've gained 30 and last appt I actually lost 2 lb all I've done is cut out fast food and soda and snacks like bread snacks or that kid of stuff. Cooking at home has helped a lot, eat more vegetables raw and cooked is fine and don't eat all the starchy stuff that's all I can say. You don't need to diet or count calories or anything just don't eat onions junk also a little exercise is good my doctor said all you need to do is start sweating you don't need to go all crazy workout mode

I'm pregnant with #2 and my fist is going to be one Feb 16, so I still have weight I gained from her and I am over weight, since finding out I'm pregnant again, I have been making shakes in the morning (spinach,  banana, apple, pear) for breakfast, diabetic g Lucerne protein shakes for lunch (cause they are sugar free) and a sandwhich and lots of veggies and meat for dinner snacking more healthy and no fast food, I have lost 5 pounds but my baby is getting everything it needs, it just comes down to watching what you eat
