I'm in strict bed rest but my church is having a pick nick today will I be fine if I go.?
Yes you should check with your doctor, the heat may not be so good for you bc I know it is so hot here in Alabama.
I was put on bed rest the day of my brother's graduation, and I still went. But I was put on bed rest because my fluids were low, so I stayed hydrated. I'd call your doctor if it was really serious.
Call your doctor and ask it may just be that you hafta sit and watch what's going on around you
