Any ideas?

Hey, I'm due in 4 more days and I would really like to have this baby on time. Any ideas on how to induce labor naturally. I'm a 1st time mom and I keep hearing that 1st time moms usually go past their due dates. I wouldn't mind going a few days over my due date but I definitely don't wanna go 42 weeks. Being active is a good way such as dancing bouncing on a yoga ball or walking I bounced on a yoga ball for like 3 days straight and went from 0 cm dilated and 0% thined  to 3 cm dilated to 50% so it deffiently helped and i heard tropical juice like orange juice or pineapple juice can help induce to lol oh and sex haha

I didnt go thru labor with my first due to emergency csection but my mom told me that when she had me that the doctor told her to massage her nipples with lotion or bsby oil and it helped go in labor. Couldnt hurt to try

If your baby and body isn't ready, then there's not much you can do.

Hey I heard that having sex actually induces labour. There is something in the spermatogenesis similar to that in the drip they use to induce you.

With my first I had to get induced and had my son at 40wks 2 days.
I'm due the 27th but my doctor asked me if I wanted to get induced before or after my due date. I chose before so I'm getting induced the 25th.

Seems like my babies don't want to come , don't dilate much and I've tried everything with both.
