Anyone? HELP!!!

Is anyone as scared as I am about giving birth?  Im terrified and the more I learn about it,  the more I freak out. It will be my first time and im getting an epidural so im wondering about anyone else's experience with birth and how I should handle this fear.  And I know it sounds kinda stupid considering of course it will be painful but some people don't have as bad of an experience with it as others so I guess I just need advice cause I've literally cried just thinking about it :'(

I agree with cindybabylove2! It is probably the worst pain your going to experience but so worth it! I didn't have an epidural. Contractions for me were horrible and being pregnant once again im going natural again... What helped me was breathing and not panicking of course I was crying but breathing helped thru contractions and birth . I recommended lots of walking :) they say it helps with an easier labor

I have two months to go but I'm actually pretty excited for my day lol, I'm also going to try to go all natural my mind is completely set on it, I know it's painful but the outcome is the most amazing thing in the world. I'm actually scared of the epidural & what side effects I might end up with. It's my first time as well, but it's normal to be scared, just remember that's what pain meds are for so you'll be okay, goodluck mama ! :)

Honestly it is horrible pain. At least it was for me but i was induced and had no epidural. Ive ben told onduction hurts more than just waiting for baby to come. Ive also heard of bad epidural stories. Like it only numbed a certain part of the body or permanent back pain. I have no health problems. Right after i.had him i was up walking around ready to nurse hm. Everyone is different. But i would highly recomend going natural all the way. Thats wat im doing with this one. Hopefully it wont b as bad. Oh and take ur prenatals and work out it will truly make a diffrence. Goodluck and dnt stress. We all have to do it. Besides our bodies were designed for child birth :). U got this
