Anyone using a double stroller they would recommend

So my son will be 20 months when the baby is born and I am trying to determine what stroller to get. I am small (4ft 10) so I dont want anything too big, but because of the weight difference I cant get anything too flimsy. preferably something under $250 as I am not sure how much we will use it.

I have an uppababy vista.  I LOVE IT it goes from single stroller to double in a snap and also has a bassinet attachment that comes with it. It's pricey about $500 plus another $100 for the double seat attachment, but it's lighter than the duoglide (that is what I had first, I sold it on craigslist- look there for a cheap used one :)) and it's super easy to manuver, it turns on a dime even with the double seat attached.  The best part is that it changes from a car-seat holder, to a bassinet, to a single stroller, to a double stroller in literally a minute or two and I only have to carry 1 stroller in my van instead of 3!!  I probably sound like an add for uppa baby but I totally love this stroller.  As far as a cheaper one, I liked the graco duoglider I had the new style one, but it was very heavy and I had to constantly switch strollers in and out of my van. It steered fine and had tons of storage and nice cup holders for the kids, it would hold 4 cups at once.

Let me clarify...the duoglider was great but the more its used the harder it gets to steer

I had a graco duo glider.  It did ok for the purposes I used it for.  I wouldn't recommend it for anything more than shopping and stuff...no outdoors type things.  I love my jogging stroller for that.
