Anything else that might help?
I've had a pretty easy pregnancy until BAM! Woke up today with back pain, side pain, rib pain, and a slight headache. My back has barely hurt up until now and tylenol and a heating pad aren't doing a thing. I just want to go back to sleep and it isn't looking possible. Do any of you ladies have anything else that might help (besides a warm bath) ?
I just hit 33 weeks yesterday, so I know it'll only get worse. Which s u c k s, lol. Boyfriend left for work about 30 minutes ago so I can't get a massage ):
And I wish it did! Once I got pregnant it's like Benadryl stopped working.

If benadryl pits you to sleep, that's what my doctor advised for when I'm in pain.
Back rub (if someones around).light stretching....breathin deeply..meditation...try diff positions...theres really not that much u can do..the only thing that helps me is gettinna massage from my bf..how far along ru?? Im 36w 3d..and I have the same pains.they r awful! I know how u fewl
