This pregnancy ive experienced sickness really bad,not just morning but all day.I tried everything.including ginger ale,or biscuits.best thing to do is eat little snacks throughout the day,take plenty of naps too,and drink lots of fluid so you dont become dehydrated.not sure where your from im in the uk,you can buy travel sickness wrist bands.they have been tried and tested on pregnant women,and shown to work,as my doc said sickness is good,proves there are plenty of hormones,yeah right,im now 18 weeks and it subsided.best of luck.
I lost six pounds in my first trimester and my OB said not to worry. There's a lot of tips and tricks for morning sickness, crackers before getting out of bed, complex carbs because they are easier to digest, but none worked for me. The main thing to remember is to stay hydrated and know that this will pass. I would still speak to your OB because if it gets too bad there are medicines they can give you. :)
