Question about mucous plug/bloody show? TMI

I have been having lots of mucousy discharge for the past 3 days as well as lots of contractions - and now it is redish in tint, but same consistency.  Is this the beginning of my bloody show and how soon should/could I go into labor?  Thanks ladies!  I am just anxiously awaiting the birth of my son!

lol or pass you a note?  LOL  wouldn't that be funny, have a note fall out of your crotch saying he is coming at this time on this day, so eat, rest and all that!!

I'm sorry!  Best thing I can say to do is, walk walk walk and have tons of sex!!!  The semen really help to soften and ripen the cervix to get it moving!!!

They are sporatic - they will be steady for a while and then they will just disappear and then reappear a little while later.  It is the waiting game that is killing me!  I wish he would just nudge me and say "I will come out at such and such time on such and such day"  - too bad he can't do that...

hmmmm, well when i lost my plug, i lost it all at once, and it had blood in it.  then went in under 24 hours without any other blood.  so it's hard to say.  are your contractions pretty regular?  or sporatic?

Definitely sounds like the loss of the mucas (sp) plug.... and you can actually lose that all at once or through out a couple of days.... and unfortunately I think it varies from woman to woman as to when you will go in to labor.... Some women say they go within 24 hours and others say a week.... BUT the blood in the mucas is a good sign! I think it should be soon for ya! Good Luck!!!
