Baby bump

Okay so I'm 20 weeks and still pretty small and I have a bump but it's not noticeable with a shirt on and when I tell people I'm pregnant all I hear is YOURE SO SMALL!! like dang pregnancy isn't all about having a big belly. And when they say these things to me I feel some type of way :/ I've always been skinny.. And I still have a while to go so I'm not worrying about the wait but does this happen to anyone else?? And what do you say back? Without being rude

Im 28 weeks. And with a shirt espically my work shirt on I dont look that far. I get comments all the time your so small!  But I was really sick until about 20weeks and lost 20 lbs instead of gaining. Im just now at my pre pregnancy weight. So I just explain that I was really sick and its ALL baby in there and rub my whole belly when I say it so that shirt forms to my belly. Youll get bigger. some women dont even start to show until 6-7 months.
