Orange juice, Apple Juice, any kind of Juice lol, V8 V-Fusions (The one with the full servings of fruits and veggies),  Sugary stuff like candy. Not too sure about food wise as I eat a different variety of things every day and my baby boy Is juss one active baby, he's always moving but what I listed makes him go crazy lol. Babies do have lazy days though and will move more days than others.

I usually take a flash light and stick it on my belly. My little guy perks right up after that. Not to mention if you are up and moving around a lot it may put your baby to sleep. So sit down and relax a bit. Should wake em right up.

Cold drinks usually work, eating something sweet and laying on your side. Hope this helps, baby might just be sleeping, my baby has lazy days and active days.
