Ive always wanted to give my kid my grandmas middle name Dean. My boyfriend wants to him his dads name David. We're thinking about giving him both but then the name would be joshua david dean and then his last name. Does david dean sound weird together?

Weirdest thing ever... my boyfriends name is David his brothers name is Josh and we're naming our baby Dean!!

I really like David Dean or Dean David, I'm not sure about the Joshua though it seems a bit long

I dont think so! Plus they have meaning to you guys.   I am thinking the same idea for middle names for a boy. George Gerald after both grandpas.   No idea on first names!

Doesnt sound weird just a little long, have you thought about dean david or david dean .. Without the joshua? Good luck names are hard

Does David mean something to him? If not, try and see if you can just stick with Dean since it has a significant meaning to you. Honestly, it does sound a little weird together. But that's just my opinion :)
