At the 20 week anatomy scan. Before that, the genitals aren't developed enough for the guess to be very accurate. 13 weeks is way too early and 16 weeks is too early too. Unless you get a special blood test, they don't usually look until 18 weeks at the earliest.

I was 13.5 weeks when I had a 3d/4d ultrasound. They were able to tell me I was having a girl. I'm 37 weeks now and have had like 5 more ultrasounds all confirming girl. I also found out at 14 weeks I was having a boy with my first :)
I booked a 4d scan the earliest they would do it was 16 weeks.
12 weeks through blood test
I find out tomorrow morning and I am sooo excited I could shout it from the mountaintops!!! I'm 18 weeks 2 days
Hello, I'm 19 and pregnant with my first. I am 12 weeks pregnant and already know what I am having. I had a chromosome test done to make sure all the chromosomes were there or if there were to many and my doctor was able to tell me what I am having. Hope this helps!!
If you are going for a 3D4D ultrasound 14 weeks is absolutely not too early even though many people soon to think so. I went at 15 weeks and it was very very obvious even to me that it was a boy. You are just fine to go at 14 weeks and many places like that have a garuntee that if they aren't sure they will redo it for free.
I found out at 14 weeks with the panorama blood test.
I went in to find out the sex of my baby 16 weeks is the earliest you can tell and it be most accurate
