My back hurts from standing at work all day. So Im gonna try some water arobics or anything water related at the gym. It hurts to much to go for walks. The chiropractor is my next option, u just gotta make sure they know ur pregnant.
Have you tried sleeping with a pregnancy pillow? Like a Snoogle or something? I bought a snoogle because I always ended up on my back at night and it hurt, but now I don't wake up on my back anymore. They really are worth the money. Now I don't want to sleep without it cause it supports my tummy, neck, back, and legs. It's nice having one pillow do all that for you. Check Craigslist and maybe you can find someone selling it for cheaper than in stores.
Every time I roll over, I feel like my legs are going to break off. I feel so bruised all around my lady area and on my tailbone. But when my back cracks( once a month it seems like) I feel better for awhile. Been like this for about 2-3months, and its just getting worse. Is that how yours is at all?
