Back pain right above my butt

I am on my 2nd pregnancy. First one a breeze sec. Im having tons of truble im 18 weeks and i have so much pain on my spin at tye bottom above my butt. I can barely walk i cant pick up my son its hard to walk around because it goes from that spot to both my knees has anyone else had this problem i know a pinched nerve but its getting worse.

Go to your doctor. I think the baby is stretching your back but still go to your doctor if ever something comes up

Im going to try that thank you. Right now im deal with bracton hicks but isnt it to soon? Im only 18 weeks

No, not too soon- I had them about that time frame with a few of mine. If you are dehydrated they might be worse, so make sure to keep hydrated.

I agree, sounds like a sciatica issue- that is so painful, so sorry!  Have you mentioned it to your doctor?  
I've never had it, but my husband had it- obviously not pregnancy related for him, lol.  He had a friend who was a massage therapist come to our house and do a massage he showed my husband how to stretch it out and gave him some tips on how to stand, sit to make sure it didn't cause more of an issue.  It really seemed to help!

It sounds like sciatica. I had this after I had my son and it's so painful!
Look up "tennis ball massage" and give it a go. One of the only things that will actually help with it unfortunately x.
