Lol then I'll be doing squats 24/7 cuz that's how much I pee everyday lol
I do squats, I do 10 squats each time I go to the bathroom. Lol
Squats ... heard it is good for the muscles you use to give birth
I've asked my midwife that. And she really recommend walking, swimming... to workout the legs. I suggested a bike lol and she said that would be good but not so good now cuz my belly is big. So, to the gym n do it there. Don't wear yourself out though. Plenty of water. But being active really is paying off.
Also how many times a day do I do it and for how long??
