Being induced :(
babies still not here. Had my appointment today and they started the paperwork for inducement,they said they'll call me when they have an opening. And it should be within a week or so :/ I haven't progressed for over a month when being checked and baby still isn't engaged. Doctor said I need to be prepared for the possible chance of a c-section. And if I do deliver vaginally I need to prepare for a long labor. This is my first baby and I'm upset that my body hasn't done what it's suppose to do, and I'm scared of being induced and the unknowns of what's to come.
I was induced on the 30th. First baby and she didn't want to come out. Labor wasn't bad at all. When the doctor broke my water that was weird. I had horrible contractions an hour later then got the epidural. I then felt nothing and slept through part of it. My total labor was 10.5 hours. I was only 2 cm dilated and baby didn't drop at all. Inducement wasn't bad at all. :)
