Big Baby at 36 weeks!!

I went to my last ultrasound appointment and I was told my baby is 7lbs and I'm 36 weeks :/. I'm so freaking out about it. My mother in law is telling me that the baby is to big and that labor is going to be tough for me :/. I wasn't worrying about labor but now that I found out my baby is 7lbs I'm concern and scared.

My first was supposed to be between 8 and 9 pounds. She was 7lbs 10 oz. if your baby is bigger, remember fat squishes. Newborns are squishy. You will be fine. Try and not stress.

Same here, since I was about 3 months my little one has been almost a pound bigger in size each month than normal, but my dr keeps telling me everything is fine "a fat baby is a cute baby" I'm 33 weeks and my baby is almost 6 pounds already, my plan is to go jogging or sum once I'm 36 or 37 weeks to induce labor and just have my son a little early because I want to deliver him naturally and the bigger the baby the harder the labor, plus once they reach a certain size u will have to have an automatic c-section and I'm defiantly trying to avoid that

I agree I can't say how many times it was way off for some women.

Ultrasounds aren't exact when it comes to size.
