Recovery is really the only thing in worried about. My boyfriend (babies dad) only gets 5 days off for the birth and goes back into work basically right away and my parents both work, I don't have any friends (none that I'm close to anyways) and I have my 20mo and a newborn to take care of on top of being a little more helpless from a c-section so I'd be totally screwed lol
Don't be scared of a c section. They numb you up so good you don't feel anything. Yes recovery is harder but don't be afraid if its needed
Ill definitely keep you guys posted! As of Wednesday I was only about 80-85% effaced an baby was still coming down but I wasn't dilated and my mucus plug was still in tact. However I have dropped severely in the last couple days and have had more of that mucousy discharge the last 2 so I'm hoping I go in with some sort of progress tomorrow! I'm totally scared of having a csection due to baby being too big from the GD but I want a healthy baby no matter what the cost so if it means I get an epi (against my original plan) and that'll do the trick ten guess I'm getting an epi! If it means I need a csection, then I guess I'm gonna have one! Lol
And I know 2ndbaby77!!! I saw your post from before and said the same thing! Haha! Good luck to you!!
Our babies will have the same birthday:)
Good luck! I hope all goes smooth. I'm getting induced Friday if he doesn't come on his own too. Keep us posted!
