About 5-6 weeks

This is my first pregnancy and I'm cramping really bad I talked to one of the nurse practitioners where I work she said cramping is normal but is it normal that I drop to my knees and can't breathe? And then I just have to wait a few minutes until it passes to be able to get up I'm not sure if this is normal or if my body is trying to abort it

No, I don't think this is normal to be honest.  Cramping like menstrual cramps is normal, not so much like pains.  If you begin spotting, you should give your doctor a call hon.  It should all be okay, but no.  I never had drop to my knees pain and that's not what they are talking about when they say cramping is normal.

Make an actual doctor check just in case. Better safe than sorry.
