I was a full time mother, and I didn't stay at home even one day. Every single day I was out with the kids at the park, lake, playgroup, children's museum, children's story hour at the library, outings with other mothers, ever single day.
I would have gone absolutely stir crazy sitting at home all the time. Also, the kids benefit GREATLY from lots and lots of social interaction with both close friends and strangers in public.
Stay at home mommy doesn't mean you sit in your house. ;D It means you mother your children full time.
YESSS! i do scrap booking(: haha my favorite. nd it'll be amazing for my baby when she gets older nd can see everything that i've written to her(:
I'm 18, ftm at 14 weeks and my friends dropped me too. But you can take up a hobby. Scrapbooking is a good idea, I crochet and make hemp bracelets. I used to sell them even. Or if you like reading find some good books.
Take up knitting! Sounds crazy but you can make such cute stuff for your baby, and they have starter kits to teach you.
this is me. i dropped outta college to stay home and sleep lol. I just turned 20. ftm. i'm 19 weeks. it does get pretty boring. all i do is wait all day for hubby to get home.
I was gonna suggest a hobby as well. Theyre fun and you can make all sorts of memories you could give to your child later on. My SIL is a stay at home mom and she loves shopping lol a big time couponer lol
Laundry and cleaning should keep you pretty busy. Try a hobby... scrapbooking is fun, especially since you'll have a little girl soon. You'll have a whole new group of mommy friends soon enough.
