Braxton hicks?
Anyone had bh lasting like 3-5 min.. Sometimes just a constant one like never lets up.. Ive had bh before but these are not like a calm menstral cramp there a lil more intense.. Have to concentrate on my breathing they hurt that much.. Im only 34w 4d.. Ive lost bits of my mucus plug I think but freaking out a bit.. Ftm as well..
Omg that happened to me. I've been like that since i was 36 weeks I'm 37 now. Yeah you should go to the hospital. your to early and shouldn't be getting strong contractions they can be making you dialate. just to be safe go even if it's just false alarm.
Do they hurt? Sometimes I will have contractions that don't exactly hurt but they are hard to breath through if that makes sense. But I would say that if they are.that close together or not you need to go to the hospital with you only being 34 weeks. I had contractions at 35 weeks didn't even know I was contracting cause they didn't hurt they were 1-3 mins apart and they hooked me up to IV fluid and gave me a shot to stop them. Those contractions can be dilating you and getting you ready for labor. Go to the hospital
