Braxton hicks

If I an getting Braxton hicks more frequently now could that mean my little one is trying to get ready to make his apperance? I'm 35+4. I used to get them once in a while now I get them at lease 10 times a day. Not painful just uncomfortable tightening. I get checked for dilation on Tuesday...

From personal experience I had two separate days of Braxton Hicks weeks before arrival.  With as much activity you say you're having there's something going on!! Quite possibly dilation. I stayed at 3cm for about four weeks until my labor Day. Hang in there!! Breathe and try to find comfort in some relaxing pose while experiencing them. I know it's hard!

Maybe your body is starting to prepare itself. But it doesn't necessarily mean ur dilated I was getting them very frequently and last week I was xhecked for dilation and nothing. My cervix was still hard and high. But everyone is different.
But ur still too early to go into labor though or no?

I am 35+5 so it's a bit early for labor I was just curious if these could be causing dilation because they are so frequent now. I guess I'll have to wait until Tuesday to find out but I'm so ready to meet me son. Only 4 weeks and 2 days to go :) hopefully hell hang in there until its time

Its defintely your bodies  way of getting ready for labour but unfortunately doesnt mean it will happen anytime soon. Ive been having them regularily since i was 20 weeks. Im 25 werks now and have them everyday and sometimes all day long. This is my second baby and my doc says its pretty normal. Hopefully youll at least start the dialating phase and help labour along!
