Pregnancy symptoms can and will mimic PMS symptoms. What kind of blood test did you get? I mean it's different, one is just to say yes or no pregnant and the other is to check your HCG levels. Because your last period was Arpil 17th and you got the blood test on May 20th, you might not have had enough HCG in your system. I would say if your period is a no show by the time June comes, ask for another blood test to check the HCG levels. Also, stress can and will delay a period. Rapid weight loss and weight gain can and will delay a period. Anything like that?

Hey. I have PCOS and had extremely irregular periods for over 2 years (if I even had one at all) while trying to conceive with my husband. I doubt that if you had a blood test and it came up negative then you are most likely not pregnant if it was given in the last 2 weeks or so. Hormones can make your body think that you are pregnant and also give you symptoms of pregnancy with hormone fluctuations. I think that if you still feel like you are pregnant try taking another home test about a week after your last home test. If you symptoms persist and your tests are negative then you definitely need to see your doctor and they can give you medication to start your period and then you can even discuss a medication (Clomid) to help you with your ovulation and help with trying to conceive. Good luck!
