Breast feeding & formula ??

So I'm planning on breast feeding exclusively . Pumping and saving & only using breast milk . That's my PLAN. . But I also know sometimes it doesn't work out as planned . Should I buy a can of formula just in case for emergency to have ? I know it's expensive & I might not use it but what if I have issues with the breast feeding should I have a back up ? I have no idea ??

Mine did and we didnt even have a problem but my hospital sent lots home with us. I would personally skip it but if something did happen I have a walmart a mile away thatni could go to to get formula if need be.
