AFP round 2... worried... help

I just turned 19 weeks and I had my end Afp blood test done last week. I had an ultrasound appointment scheduled for June 17 and they said that's a perfect date. Well today someone called me saying my ob sent a request to get an appointment in. When I asked what it was for she kind of hesitated to answer me and said "your doctor didn't call you about any results?" It scared me a bit and she had my clinic call me. They told me I could go in tomorrow because it can't be discussed over the phone. I asked to go in today and am going after 3.... I'm really starting to worry that something is wrong... not that I wouldn't love my child the same but its a huge change in my plans. Anyone have any advice or opinions on what it could be? ..

Your doc maybe be to busy to talk to u and nurses or receptionist cant discuss anything that has to do with your baby or yourself only the doc..at least that what my doc office does it..if I have a question or concern they run it by my doc and she calls me back or the few times has the nurse call me..I hope everything is ok just dont stress about it bc your baby will be fine medicine and technology is far advance today that whatever is wrong they will fix it :))
